Description:

Hoa Binh hydroelectric Power Plant was built from 1979 to April 1994 with the capacity of 1,920 MW, satisfying one third of Vietnam electricity consumption. Not only playing as an important industrial construction, the Hoa Binh Hydroelectric Power Plant is also an interesting tourists attraction. Here possesses many valuable structures such as the majestic granite statue of President Ho Chi Minh of 18 met high in Ong Tuong Hill; the traditional house to keep century letters sent to later generations;  monument to memorize Vietnamese and Soviet experts sacrificing their lives on hydropower project, cruise to visit Thac Bo Temple.

05.30: Pick up at the appointed place in Hanoi and depart for Hoa Binh.

07.30: Take boat to visit along Da River – A grandiose river which has been put into poetry as a landscape of the Northwest Region. Visit Thac Bo Temple – the temple worshipping Lady Thuong Ngan – a very familiar image of many waters regions. The visitors also have chance to visit Muong Village where they can meet and talk to Muong people and learn more about their culture. Here, visitors can get some brocade souvenirs….

12.00: Come back to the harbor. Car pick up to a restaurant for lunch.

14.00: Continue visiting Hoa Binh Hydroelectric Power Plant - the largest one in Vietnam.

16.00: Leave for Hanoi

18.30: Arrive at the appointed place. Ending the trip
